Velpanat Tablet is a combination of two antiviral medicines. This prescription medicine is used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. It fights against the viruses to resolve the infection.

• Uses: Treatment of chronic Hepatitis C infection.
• Dosage Information: Dosage is tailored to weight (e.g., 60-73 kg might use 2 capsules morning/3 evening; >73 kg might use 3 morning/3 evening).
